'Hamilton' Actor Reunited With Dog After Frantic Search Following Car Crash In DC

'Hamilton' cast member Trevor Miles said his dog ran away in D.C. after his castmate, who was walking the dog, was hit by a car on August 8, WUSA9 reported.

The following day, Miles posted a tearful video to his instagram, showing his reunion with his two-year-old pitbull, Luna.

Miles' castmate, who was struck in the intersection of Virginia Avenue and Rock Creek Parkway, was released from the hospital while the search for Luna was underway.

Miles and Luna had been staying in D.C. while 'Hamilton' is occupying the Kennedy Center stage, according to WUSA9.
